ElevAsian is proud to announce that MKE Dumpling Fest is back!  Every culture has a form of dumpling.  Whether it's steamed, fried, boiled, or baked - if it's a delicious filling wrapped in dough, we are celebrating it.  We invited the city's best chefs and restaurants to stretch their creative muscles and create a dumpling worthy of the Golden Gyoza Trophy. Tickets include dumpling tastings from all participating restaurants.  A portion of the proceeds go to providing AAPI education resources for teachers in Wisconsin.
